Northwest Michigan—Discussing energy and the economy and showcasing the key energy-related activities and projects in our region, the Energy Network of The Grand Vision will host the next lecture in its series of forums on October 3, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Oleson Center on Northwestern Michigan College’s campus.
The event is free and open to all community members in northwest lower Michigan who are interested in learning more about, and engaging in, energy initiatives and regional energy programs.
“This night will help us continue our community conversation about the region’s future energy needs, solutions and options for making the best decisions we can as we move forward in the areas of renewable energy and its possibilities,” said Ed Bailey, Technical Division Director.

The forum, which is part of an ongoing lecture series NMC has presented during the last three years, will focus on Energy and the Economy,

Leading the lecture is John Sarver, a leader on the subject of energy, and Jim MacInnes, CEO and President of Crystal Mountain.
